Child Care Framework
While gas and groceries are a necessary focus, child care costs are a major point of financial strain for more than a third of California families. Our next Governor needs to make child care affordable so parents don’t have to choose between their basic needs. This framework is how we believe California can address the issue of child care affordability and accessibility.

Birth Equity Framework
California is not exempt from the growing Black maternal health crisis. We need a Governor who will acknowledge the health disparities that place Black and Brown mothers and babies at the highest risk and put forth policies that make birth safe. This framework is how we believe California can address the issue of birth equity.
Governance Framework
California families have to navigate a bureaucratic maze in order to receive access to critical state programs. We must remove layers of applications and redundancies to build early childhood systems that are simple, coordinated, and easy for families to navigate. This framework is how we believe California can address the issue of governance.
